04/08/2007:  Maiden of Virtue and good ol' Morry
Do I need to mention how awesome we are?  Yes, I suppose I do.  We're awesome, hats off to us!  Not only did we down two new bosses in one night, we did it an hour before official ending time.  Great job.

We have a few more people who still need keys, but this is coming together nicely as well.  Stay tuned this week as we knock out more heroics and hopefully more Karazhan bosses.

04/04/2007:  Minutes from 4/2 Karazhan raid
Congratulations on downing two bosses tonight, guys!  We'll be back up to snuff in no time, I'm sure.  A couple announcements were made at the raid, and among them were the following:
--Raid spots and attendance:  Disputes over placement in future raids will be settled by out-of-raid guild participation, i.e. helping others get keyed and not showing a heavy history of random group-ditching.  Note that this policy will not be based on past behavior, but is in place as of 04/04/2007.
--Premature pulls:  Everyone attending future Karazhan raids should be advised that spans of trash mobs between bosses are on approximately 30 minute reset timers.  Please to not pull before we are all ready, as even killing a random critter in the front room will start the timer.
--Keying:  Raids are going to become more regular, so keying will continue throughout the week (and after).
--Recruiting:  We are still recruiting!

I also made a couple helpful raiding etiquette/preparation reminders.  Please review the guild's policies if you have any questions!  Some of these are reminders that I may not have addressed ditrectly during the raid:
--Ending time @ 12:  No raid will ever run later than 12.  If one ever does, attendance past 12 will always be optional.  (In the case of Monday's raid, we ended about 40 minutes early)
--Come prepared!:  Regardless of when the raid starts, make sure you are fully repaired with all of your reagents/potions in your inventory before start time.
--Be nice:  I know this may be tough for some of you (looks around), but try and treat every member of a raid respectfully.  Nobody's job is easy!
--Wipeage:  Wipes happen.  Prepare for this.  If ANYBODY runs into in-game financial trouble with repair bills, pleeeeeaaaaaaaaaaase let Hoj/Poj know.  Accommodations can be made.
--Leaving early and breaks:  If you have to leave during a raid, please try and give at least half an hour's notice so a replacement can be found with minimal downtime.  Regular breaks will be taken, so try and use them in order to prevent numerous "bio break" AFKs between pulls.
